Hiking

The region around the holiday paradise of St. Johann im Pongau-Alpendorf is known for its colorful mountain and hiking tours. If you want to take a closer look at Alpendorf's local mountain, bring the Alpendorf mountain railways like to take the quickest route to the hiking area. The kids love the adventures on our Geisterberg Adventure mountain :-)  But the other mountains around our house also promise true hiking pleasure - we'll be happy to tell you where it's most beautiful! 

Biking

Those who enjoy cycling will also like St. Johann-Alpendorf: not just the famous one Tauern Cycle Path, which is considered one of the most beautiful routes in Austria, but also the varied cross-border route Alpe-Adria cycle path lead through our region. There are also some more demanding routes for mountain bikers. And from our Partners have the right equipment to borrow!

Swimming lakes

The SalzburgerLand is known for its beautiful small and large lakes. They are very popular on hot summer days and offer enough space to relax with large sunbathing areas. A few minutes drive away you will find, for example, the Goldegger Moorsee or the Bathing lake Eben im Pongau. 

And for the summer there is a particularly great offer for your holiday in Salzburgerland: 

the SalzburgerLand Card has enjoyed great popularity for years. Around 190 sights, excursion destinations, natural wonders, castles, show mines, museums, outdoor pools and mountain railways can be visited or used free of charge with the practical all-inclusive card.

Also included in the SalzburgerLand Card is either a 24-hour day in the city of Salzburg or a trip on the Grossglockner High Alpine Road.

With this all-inclusive card you get for 6 or 12 days. Many attractions can be visited several times - thermal baths, mountain railways and some other attractions can be visited once within 6 or 12 days.   • How much is the final cleaning or the local tax?
    The final cleaning depends on the size of the apartment or the number of travelers (€ 50 to € 95). You will also find details on final cleaning for your individual offer. The local tax is € 2.00 per night and person over the age of 15.
  • Deposit or cancellations
    At the end of the page we have summarized general information for you. We comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Hotel Industry 2006. We recommend travel cancellation insurance, e.g. B. the European travel insurance.
  • How is the total price of an apartment calculated?
    The daily rental price of our apartments refers to the apartment, depending on the number of people in the apartment (without meals). For each additional person - more than standard occupancy - a surcharge will be charged depending on age and season. Please feel free to contact us or use our inquiry tool for your desired apartment.
  • What are the prices for accompanying children?
    Prices for accompanying children according to the offer. We would like to point out that the price will be adjusted accordingly if the age of your child changes during your stay.
  • What are the apartments equipped with?
    All apartments are equipped with a kitchenette with stove, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher (except for the Jakob apartment), coffee machine, microwave, toaster and kettle, hair dryer, cable TV, telephone, laptop safe, WiFi, radio and balcony or terrace. Bed linen as well as bath and hand towels for each traveler are also included. We ask you to bring your own pool or sauna towels.
  • What equipment is available upon request?
    Cot, high chair, changing mat and baby monitor are available for a fee. Please inquire about the desired equipment when booking.
  • Are dogs allowed?
    Your four-legged friend is welcome by prior arrangement, daily price €15,-- (without food). One-time final cleaning additional € 15,--. In which apartments dogs are welcome, please refer to the individual apartment descriptions. Please bring your dog blanket and your dog basket! 1 dog per apartment is allowed!
  • Check-in and check-out times?
    The rooms and apartments are ready for occupancy from around 3 p.m. Rooms and apartments must be vacated by 9.30 a.m. on the day of departure. Late check-out possible on request and for a fee. In case of late arrival or early departure, the entire stay booked by you will be charged!
  • Is there a bookable breakfast?
    We are happy to offer fresh bread and pastries to start your day. Please contact us when you make your inquiry or when you arrive.
  • Is smoking allowed?
    Since the majority of our guests are non-smokers, we kindly ask you to smoke only on the balcony or outdoors.
  • What do I have to bring with me?
    Our kitchens are fully equipped. Please bring tea towels, washing-up liquid or groceries with you if required. We ask you to bring your own pool or sauna towels.
  • Is there a minimum length of stay?
    During the main winter season, we only rent our apartments on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday. In summer or in the off-season, shorter periods can be arranged by prior arrangement. Please contact us!
  • Is there a parking possibilty?
    There is one parking space for each apartment directly in front of the house. If you are arriving with several cars, please let us know.
  • Is there an electric charging station nearby?
    There is an electric charging station right in front of our house that you are welcome to use. Billing is done via your card. The e-charging station is reserved exclusively for our guests.
  • What is the SalzburgerLand Card?
    With this all-inclusive card, you get free entry to around 180 attractions throughout the state and the city of Salzburg (or the Grossglockner Hochalpenstraße) for 6 or 12 days during the summer season.   • Our availability on site
    We are at your disposal from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. for all your questions and requests. Outside these times you can reach us in an emergency on +43 6412 6137 or +43 664 3910011.
  • Tested water quality of our pool for your summer fun
    We have the water quality of our pool checked by an independent body every year. We are proud to be able to offer our guests impeccable, tested and certified water quality.
  • Use of our pool
    The use of our pool is reserved exclusively for guests of the Florian Apartments.
  • Opening hours for sauna, steam bath and infrared cabin
    Our wellness area is open to our guests every day in winter from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. We kindly ask you to book in advance so that you can enjoy the sauna undisturbed.
  • Where is space for ski equipment, hiking equipment and bicycles?
    In winter we offer our guests a heated ski room with a ski boot dryer. Our ski boot dryer guarantees dry and warm feet in the ski boots every day. In summer there is space for hiking equipment or bicycles.
  • Payment on site
    We ask for cash payment on site or a transfer to our account before the start of the trip. We do not accept debit cards or credit cards.

More information can be found at www.asfinag.at . Are you traveling by train? Your destination station is St. Johann im Pongau. From there it is about 4.5 km by taxi to your destination. If you are planning to travel by plane, it is best to land at Salzburg Airport ( 62 km distance). We would be happy to help you plan your journey.
