The final cleaning fee depends on the size of the apartment and the number of guests. Any extraordinary or additional cleaning of your room or apartment will incur additional charges.

Overnight stay/local tax EUR 2.00 plus, from 01.05.2025, mobility tax EUR 0.50 per person and night from 15 years of age.

At the bottom of the page, we have listed detailed information regarding cancellation.

We recommend travel cancellation insurance, such as European Travel Insurance.

The daily rental price for our apartments is based on the number of people staying in the apartment (without meals). For each additional person above the standard occupancy, an additional charge will be added depending on age and season. Please contact us or use our request tool for your desired apartment.

All persons staying in the apartment or room during your stay must be registered before completing the booking (including children with their ages).

Prices for accompanying children are as per offer. Please note that the price will be adjusted accordingly if your child's age changes during your stay.

All apartments feature a kitchenette with a stovetop (some with an oven), refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher (except Apartment Jakob), filter coffee machine, microwave, toaster, and kettle, hairdryer, cable TV, telephone, laptop safe, Wi-Fi, radio, and a balcony or terrace.

Bed linen, bath towels, and hand towels are also included for each guest.

We ask that you bring your own pool or sauna towels!

A cot, high chair, changing mat, and baby monitor are available for a fee. Please request these amenities when booking.

Your four-legged friend is welcome with advance notice. The daily rate is €19 (excluding food). A one-time final cleaning fee of €25 is additional. Please refer to the individual apartment descriptions to find out which apartments allow dogs. Please bring your own dog blanket and dog bed! One dog is allowed per apartment.

Rooms and apartments are ready for occupancy from approximately 3:00 PM.

Rooms and apartments must be vacated by 9:30 AM on the day of departure.

Late check-out is available upon request and for a fee.

In case of late arrival or early departure, you will be charged the entire booked stay.

We're happy to offer fresh bread and pastries to help you start your day. Please feel free to ask us about this when you inquire or upon arrival.

Since the majority of our guests are non-smokers, we politely request that you smoke only on the balcony or outdoors.

Our kitchens are fully equipped. Please bring your own tea towels, dish soap, and food supplies as needed.

We also ask that you bring your own pool and sauna towels.

During the peak winter season, we only rent our apartments by the week, from Saturday to Saturday. In the summer and off-season, shorter stays are also available upon request. Please contact us!

Each apartment has one parking space directly in front of the building. If you are arriving with multiple cars, please let us know.

There's an electric charging station right in front of our house, which you're welcome to use. Payment is made via your card. The charging station is bookable exclusively for our guests!

This all-inclusive card grants you free admission to around 180 attractions throughout the province and the city of Salzburg (or the Grossglockner High Alpine Road) for 6 or 12 days during the summer season. We are available to answer any questions or requests you may have from 9:00 to 11:30 a.m. and from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. Outside of these hours, you can reach us in case of an emergency at +43 6412 6137 or +43 664 3910011.

We have our pool water quality independently tested every year. We are proud to offer our guests impeccable, tested, and certified water quality.

The use of our pool is reserved exclusively for guests of the Florian Apartments.

Our wellness area is open to our guests daily from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM in winter. We ask that you make an appointment in advance to ensure you have an uninterrupted sauna experience.

In winter, we offer our guests a heated ski room with a ski boot dryer. Our ski boot dryer guarantees dry and warm feet in your ski boots every day. In summer, there's space here for hiking gear or bicycles.

We ask for cash payment on site or a bank transfer to our account before departure. We do not accept debit or credit cards.

Arriving by train? Your destination is St. Johann im Pongau. From there, it's approximately 4.5 km by taxi.

If you're planning to arrive by plane, the best place to land is Salzburg Airport (62 km away). We'd be happy to help you plan your journey.
